Sparkling white wine, clear, clean and sharp. Floral nose with aromas of white flowers. The mouth is fresh with light and vigorous bubbles that contribute to harmony. A quality wine that puts the fruit, freshness and meticulous style at the center.
Origin: Alsace, France
The production process: The harvest is manual, when only selected clusters are harvested, these are transported to the winery in dedicated wooden crates where the weight of each crate does not exceed 50 kg. ; and this with the aim of not harming the cluster. It is important to note that the harvest for the Cremant wines was held many weeks before the normal harvest, with the aim of obtaining grapes with low sugar and high acidity.
At the winery, the clusters are transferred to a special press which gently crushes the whole clusters and only the initial juice is transferred to make the wine.
The wine undergoes an initial fermentation, from there it is transferred to the final bottle with the addition of sugar and yeast for a second fermentation which develops the special bubbles for sparkling wines. At the end of fermentation, the wine remains intact for about a year. At the end of the procedure, the yeast is removed from the bottle by freezing the head and adding the liqueur, which balances the wine and gives the touch The last of the winemaker before the final bottling.

The vineyards: Mature vineyards, 27 years old in northern Alsace in France, a classic wine region with a tradition of hundreds of years, characterized by a unique microclimate of hours Lots of sun and little rain.
